ASPA launches in Canberra

Published Tue 16 Apr 2019

The Australian Sports Professionals Association (ASPA) has officially launched today in Canberra, with more than a dozen of Canberra's state and national bodies. The event marks the second in a national launch calendar that will see inaugural events in most states and territories of Australia.

ASPA is an industry body for individuals who work in sport, ranging from administrators of small state/territory sports to CEOs and Board members of large national bodies, and provides opportunities to connect, communicate and collaborate with other professionals in the realm of sports management.

Hosted at Hockey ACT at the National Hockey Centre at Lyneham, delegates shared their thoughts on the struggles in sport facing the national capital.

The next step on the launch tour is Melbourne next week.
